Good afternoon Carl,
I am responding to your September 28, 2022 OPRA request. I would like to advise that Lebanon Township has no vacant or abandoned property ordinances therefore there is no record of such to provide. With regard to tax defaults or tax sales, our tax collector is requesting that you provide more specifics as your request is broad. Please provide more information such as specific property addresses. For Code violations we do not have a list as they are handled property by property. Again, please state a specific property location and we will be happy to provide you with any information we may have.
With regard to Construction Code, please reach out to Tewksbury Township's Construction Department as they provide us with that service, [email address].
