We will need clarification on your OPRA request. Please spell out: NOV, RAO's, NFA, Eng Controls.

Could you please provide a time frame (i.e. Year 2010 to present or last 5 years) on the address that you are inquiring about. I will start the process when I receive your response. Under OPRA regulations we are permitted seven business days to respond to your request but it is always our goal to respond earlier whenever possible.

Interested in UST/AST spills, air/water permits, Notice of Violations, Remedial Action Outcomes, No Further Action letters, Engineering Control Sites List Controls, Deed Restrictions, Site Remediation Files.
