Specifically any information regarding site remediation, underground or above ground storage tanks, asbestos, PCBs, hazardous material spills, stressed vegetation, use of fill or historic fill, discolored or disturbed soil, hazardous substances, community right to know, enforcement actions, environmental permits, or other issues of an environmental nature. Any information related to NJDEP Site Remediation Program Interest # G000029520 Dated 12/11/1996 (BFO) and 6/5/97 (TBC). The property is designated as 23 River Bend Rd, Clinton Twp, NJ, 08809, USA (Block 71, Lot 27).

Dear Requestor,
Hunterdon County is in receipt of your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request 22-477.
The records responsive to this request have been provided
to you under your duplicate request number 22-478.
Your Open Public Records request has been processed in
accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, et seq. If your request
has been denied in whole or in part, the County of
Hunterdon reserves the right to raise any other grounds
for denial not raised in this response. The failure of
the County of Hunterdon to assert an exception or
privilege herein does not act as a waiver of any ground
for denial not raised herein.
