Dear Clark Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. What fees is the Township collecting for allowing the republican breakfast club to use town rec center on Sunday September 10th from 10 to 12.

2. Any fees paid by the Township for the use.

3. Please provide a listing of what the normal charge is for a person or club to rent a Township facility for any period of time

4. Please provide what the charge is for Clark Unico to use the Township property for their annual feast in October.

The Township of Clark received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on September 07, 2023 5:49 PM. The official Records Custodian, Edith Merkel, received your OPRA request on September 8, 2023. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is September 19, 2023. This response to your request is being provided to you on the second business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.
