Dear Sir or Madam:
The Ridgewood Board of Education (“Board”) received your Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request and advised that you should expect a response by November 5, 2021. As such, the Board is timely responding to your OPRA request in accordance with New Jersey law.
Your request seeks the following records:
I am formally requesting copies of all and any email or texts sent by Saurabh Dani using his personal and work computer to any of the following people: Boyd Loving, Laurie Weber, Susan Knudsen, Steve Kim, Hyunju Kwak, and Michael Lembo during the following BOE public meeting dates: 4/26/21, 5/10/21, 5/24/21, 6/14/21, 6/21/21, 7/26/21, 9/13/21, 9/20/21 with any of the following subject matter or words Field turf, Infant Toddler, IDTC, gifted and talented.
Mr. Dani does not use any ‘apps’ to pop up or imap emails to his phone or computer and he did not find any texts on his phone that match the OPRA criteria. In addition, there were no responsive records found on the district server for the provided criteria.
Your OPRA request is now deemed answered and closed.
Very truly yours,
Scott Bisig
