As a follow up response to below:

 

Attached are the Use of Force Reports from January 1, 2018 – August 8,
2020. Redactions and exemptions have been made citing:

Executive Order No. 26 (McGreevey 2002)

4) Information relating to medical, psychiatric or psychological history,
diagnosis, treatment or evaluation.

AND

2A:4A-60  Disclosure of juvenile information; penalties for disclosure.

Social, medical, psychological, legal and other records of the court and
probation division, and records of law enforcement agencies, pertaining to
juveniles charged as a delinquent or found to be part of a juvenile-family
crisis, shall be strictly safeguarded from public inspection.

 

The Use of Force Reports from August 2020 – Present (per the Attorney
General Guidelines) are entered into a statewide electronic database. The
Brick Township Police Records Dept are in the process of obtaining those
reports for review, redaction and distribution.

 

We will be in touch when we receive those documents and they are ready to
be released.
