Copies of all the police department's Use of Force Reports for January 1, 2010-December 31, 2013. Please send them in separate files for each year.

Please find the attached documents which have been redacted, citing:
2A:4A-60 Disclosure of juvenile information; penalties for disclosure.
Social, medical, psychological, legal and other records of the court and probation division, and records of law enforcement agencies, pertaining to juveniles charged as a delinquent or found to be part of a juvenile-family crisis, shall be strictly safeguarded from public inspection.
AND
Executive Order No. 26 (McGreevey 2002)
4) Information relating to medical, psychiatric or psychological history, diagnosis, treatment or evaluation.

N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 (Legislative Findings)
1) Privacy Interest - "a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy." See Burnett v. Cnty. of Bergen, 198 N.J. 408 (2009).
