We represent Dover regarding your OPRA request for Use of Force reports. 
In response to your OPRA request, I attach the requested use of force
reports for 2016, 2017 and 2018.  The names and ages of juveniles have
been redacted.  In addition, the names and ages of adults have been
redacted where the type of incident was listed as "mental health."  We're
closing this OPRA request.
