Use-of-force incidents
Dear Edison Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Record Requested: A list of all officer-use-of force incidents with Richmond PD officers since 2000 with the following information: incident id, officer name, type-of-force used, incident type (person, animal, neither), type of injury civilian (list type or none), type of injury officer (list type or none), incident date, address of incident (if available), incident id (grouping multiple officers in same incident), wrongdoing-found (y/n/unknown), officer race, and civilian race. If incidents are only collected in more recent years, my timeframe is somewhat flexible.
Sincerely,
Sam Krumholz
Mr. Krumholz,
Is the use-of-force incident OPRA request for Richmond PD??
You sent this to Edison Township.
Please revise if this request is for our PD.
