Please be advised that your request as submitted is overly broad. In
order to perform a search, we need some search criteria. First, please
define “correspondence” and let us know what public records you’re looking
for. Also, please provide the individuals or departments that would have
those documents. If you are seeking electronic records we would need up
to 5 email addresses to search and up to two keywords to search.
At this time we consider this request closed. If you wish, please submit
a new request with criteria we can perform a search on and provide you
with the government records that you are requesting.

Please be advised that your request as submitted is overly broad. We
cannot perform a search of paper documents using key words. We did a
preliminary search for electronic records. We searched the emails to
and/or from the Village Manager and the Mayor for the time period you
requested using the keywords “army “ or “flooding”. The result was over
4200 emails (which could be multiple pages each). This means that a
special services fee would be charged. Therefore, at this time we
consider this request closed. If you wish, you may submit a new OPRA
request.
