Urban enterprise zone list of businesses registered and clock in and out of Dipto Roy and days took off since he started
Dear Paterson City,
I’m respectfully requesting the following.
1. Business Registrations – Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ)
• The total number of businesses registered under the Paterson Urban Enterprise Zone from December 2023 through October 2025.
• A list of all businesses registered under the Paterson UEZ prior to December 2023, including their registration dates.
2. Personnel Records – UEZ Director Dipto Roy
• Records of clock-in and clock-out times for Mr. Dipto Roy from the date he became Director of the Paterson Urban Enterprise Zone to the present.
• Records indicating the total number of days taken off (including vacation, sick, or personal days) during his tenure as Director.
I am requesting these records in electronic format (PDF or Excel) if available.
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
