Any new zoning permit requests, construction permit requests, zoning filings, construction permits granted, tree permits, and any documents received by the township relating to 222 Plainfield Road. "New" meaning: anything filed or received after 5/17/2023 to today.
Any and all documents, renderings, letters, email, correspondence received by the mayors office relating to 222 Plainfield Road property, also since 5/17/2023 to present.
Any emails from Mark Roshanski / American Dream Properties to/from Township staff, from 5/17/2023 to present.
Any emails from Steven Tripp to/from Township staff, from 5/17/2023 to present.
Any emails from Michael Lombardi to/from Township staff, from 5/17/2023 to present.
Any and all legal filings received by the township related to lawsuits for 222 Plainfield Road, from 5/17/2023 to present.

As per the Building Department no new permits/applications were filed on or after the date of 5/17/2023. The last application filed for 222 Plainfield Ave was in July of 2022.
No responsive records were founded by the Zoning Board.
