This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Any new zoning permit requests, construction permit requests, zoning filings, construction permits granted, tree permits, and any documents received by the township relating to 222 Plainfield Road. "New" meaning: anything filed or received after 3/8/2023

Any and all documents, renderings, letters, email, correspondence received by the mayors office relating to 222 Plainfield Road property, also since 3/8/2023 to present.

Any emails from Mark Roshanski / American Dream Properties to/from Township staff, from 3/8/2023 to present.
Any emails from Steven Tripp to/from Township staff, from 3/8/2023 to present.
Any emails from Michael Lombardi to/from Township staff, from 3/8/2023 to present.

Any and all legal filings received by the township related to lawsuits for 222 Plainfield Road, from 3/8/2023 to present.
