A copy of Chari Chanley's current Provisional Certificate for School Administrator.

A copy of Chari Chanley's Standard Residency Agreement for School Administrator between Monroe Township School District, the State-approved School Administrator Residency Program Provider, the School Administrator Mentor, and the NJ Department of Education for the School Administrator Resident, Chari Chanley, who has accepted employment in a position that requires School Admininstrator Certification entered for the period 2021-2022/

Any public document that proves Chari Chanley is undergoing mentorship to earn a standard School Administrator Certificate.

Any enrollment document, transcript, or tuition reimbursement record that relates to Chari Chanley's enrollment in Rowan University doctoral program during 2022.
