As requested, we want to provide more specifics/clarification regarding information requested from the "administration" in the original rOPRA request.

Records requested:

-All communications regarding work product (electronic mail, physical mail, city council meeting minutes, etc.) between Mayor Bhalla and Barry Sarkisian (including any communication with City Council members) in matters related to his suggestions/recommendations/contract employment on reforming/amending Hoboken's rent control ordinance.

-All communications regarding work product (electronic mail, physical mail, etc.) between Vanessa Falco (Division of Housing), Barry Sarkisian (including any communication with City Council members) in matters related to his suggestions/recommendations/contract employment on reforming/amending Hoboken's rent control ordinance.

-All communications regarding work product (electronic mail, physical mail, etc.) between Corporation Counsel Brian J. Aloia and Barry Sarkisian (including any communication with City Council members) in matters related to his suggestions/recommendations/contract employment on reforming/amending Hoboken's rent control ordinance.
