Dear Howell Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Please provide the documentation and supporting evidence used to terminate Ptlm. Brett Kyle #684.

Additionally, please provide copies of any electronic communication including cell phone records and emails between Chief John Storrow, Captain John Yurgel, Lieutenants Paul Mazzeo and Scott Revilak that directly concern Ptlm. Kyle’s egregious discipline.

Finally, please provide Ptlm. Kyle’s statistics for 2022 and 2023 (year to date) to include motor vehicle enforcement, arrests, and tickets issued.
