The Borough of Seaside Park is in receipt of your request dated January
17, 2023 for:

"This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

A digital list of all job titles employed by the Seaside Park Borough (not
job descriptions, just active titles), as well as which union (non
abbreviated) each title is represented by."

Please be advised that the Records Custodian is not required to conduct
research or create new records in response to an OPRA request. The
municipality does not keep a report or list of active job titles or which
titles are represented by a union. However, at the link above, please see
the most recent salary ordinances that contain a fee schedule per job
title. Please be advised, not all of the titles are filled.

Further, there are three unions in the municipality: New Jersey State
Policeman's Benevolent Association Local No. 182, Office Employees
International Union Local 32, and Seaside Park Public Works Employee
