Underground oil tank removal information

The City of Lambertville received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on September 11, 2023. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline (not including holidays) to respond to your request is September
20, 2023. This response to your request is being provided to you on the
same business day of the custodian's receipt of said request.
You will be contacted once the requested information is located. The
records will be available for your review and inspection at 18 York
Street, Lambertville, NJ. in construction department. That office is open
Monday through Friday, holidays excluded, from 9 AM to 4:00 PM. Please

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b., the cost associated with this request is
$.05 per copy of letter size page and
$.07 for copies of legal size pages. The City accepts cash or checks as a
form of payment.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the City of Lambertville to deny
access.
At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior
Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records
Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form. You may
contact the GRC by toll-free telephone at 866-850-0511, by mail at P.O.
