Dear Shamong Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I'm interested in a foreclosure sale for the property 24 Grassy Lake rd, Shamong, NJ. Visual inspection shows excavation job was peformed at the place where underground oil tank is/was located. Do you have any records showing that oil tank was removed or abandoned? Or any other records regarding oil tank and possible soil pollution?
Are there any active code violation for this property?
