Dear Township Tax Collector or whomever this concerns,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

Tax surplus list, preferably in Excel format. Overages that have not been claimed from years 2014-2020. Tax lien sale/mortgage foreclosure auction sale surplus funds that have not been redeemed after auction. Non municipal lien master file list. PDF format is acceptable IF excel is unavailable.

I have attached the credits and the outside lien list. We do not have any surplus funds from tax sale and we do not do any type of foreclosures here. Let me know if you need anything else.
