Dear Township Tax Collector or whomever this concerns,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Tax surplus list, preferably in Excel format. Overages that have not been claimed from years 2014-2020. Tax lien sale/mortgage foreclosure auction sale surplus funds that have not been redeemed after auction. Non municipal lien master file list. PDF format is acceptable IF excel is unavailable.

I am not sure what you are asking for " tax surplus list" and overages.
I am sending you all my non-municipal liens.
I am also sending you the Township liens between 2014-2020. This would be the not claimed or bid on properties for those years.
I am also sending you a resolution of our last PUBLIC SALE AUCTION. Block 67 lot 18 was the only property that didn't sell on that day.
