Dear Urban Enterprise Zone,

I was advised by email from Pat Dragotta at Phillipsburg who has not provided this information to the Town Clerk that this is being worked on by the state. To date I have not been notified of this, nor contacted by anyone regarding the lengthy delay. Please provide the legal determination for the delay so I can file an appeal.
