Two memos from David Novak, P.P. (Planner) November 2020 re: Atlantic settlement
Dear West Windsor Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Two memoranda by and from David Novak, P.P., consultant to WW Township as Planner, as identified by their reference by and inclusion in the Nov. 16, 2020 memorandum to the Township from Gerald Muller dated Nov. 16, 2020 and "Re: Settlement of Atlantic Realty Litigation". The two David Novak memoranda would be dated on or about Nov. 16, 2020.
More specifically, these are two David Novak memoranda referred to in the 11/16/2020 G. Muller memo as "the two David Novak memos that are included in this package."
Yours faithfully,
John Hinsdale
