May I please have a copy ordering that the Wall Taxpayers pay for a student to attend Central Regional High School for a total of $11,035.20. This order seems to have been made by the state of NJ. This would be a letter or e:mail to Tracy Handerhan or Brian Smyth. The start date for tuition is 9/27/2022 through 6/30/2023. This payment can be seen on the February 21, 2023, Wall BOE agenda under 14. C. Superintendent's report - General Education Tuition Students.

The time frame is any document (email or letter) from July 1, 2022 - February 21, 2023 regarding a tuition payment for Student ID 20242416 sent to Tracy Handerhan or Brian Smyth.

Dr. Handerhan responded to me as follows at 1:14 PM today, 2/22/23.

"Good afternoon, Ms. Cross-
With respect to your inquiry last night, regarding WTPS paying tuition for a student to attend another school, I would like to provide you with some context, albeit limited. As you are aware, the District is not able to provide information to the public concerning individual students. This type of information must remain confidential. What I can share is that there are times when the State of NJ informs districts where students attend school. In these types of instances or situations, districts must honor State determinations regarding placement.
