Dear Tuckerton Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
-Requesting call sheet for all trucks that responded to a motor vehicle accident in front of Tuckerton Liquors on Sunday August 29th, 2021.
Call sheet to include firefighters names who responded on each truck.
- Also requesting what truck and members responded to the motor vehicle accident from Mickey's Port of Call restaurant, during the Tuckerton Fire Department pig roast fundraiser on August 29th, 2021.

Please be advised the Borough of Tuckerton is not required to keep/maintain fire department records; therefore I do not have these records. You can contact the fire department who maintains these records for copies.
