Attached please find the response to the portion requesting “Contract or
agreement for services between Shamong Township and Tabernacle Rescue
Squad for TRS to provide EMS to shamong”.
Regarding the portion of your request “any emails between Shamong township
employees or officials and any member of Tabernacle Rescue squad from
9/1/2021 to present” – this portion of your request requires additional
time beyond the seven (7) business days to fulfill due to the volume of
the requested records. Per OPRA N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5, we require an extension
of time until May 20, 2022.
