Dear Hazlet Township,
I made an OPRA request regarding the January 23, 2024 Town Committee meeting on March 24, 2024. OPRA requires a response to me by no later than April 2, 2024. I have not received any explanation for the delay nor the information requested.

Please forward the materials requested in my March 24, 2024 request or provide an explanation why there is a delay.

Dear Hazlet Clerk,
I do not understand why my March 24, 2024 request was not received by your office. I am inquiring as to why from the OPRAmachine staff as other OPRA machine OPRA requests to Hazlet have been received.

Pursuant to your reply, the minutes of the January 23rd Town Committee meeting are NOT verbatim as most minutes of these meetings have been in the past. Below I will repeat my OPRA request from March 24, 2024.

Dear Hazlet Clerk,
I am in receipt of your offer for a CD. Unfortunately, the CD medium is dated and I no longer have CD capabilities on my Windows 11 PC. Per OPRA, I can request this transcript in a word format.

I would request a word format transcript be sent to my email.

I am only requesting the citizen hearing portion of the January 23rd, 2024 Town Committee meeting which should include ALL comments from the Committee and Town leadership directed at the audience.

I believe that the Town acquired Civic Plus software several years ago for the clerk's office while I served on the Committee. Civic Plus automatically creates these transcripts. Hence, this request should not be a burden upon the town.

Pursuant to your last email, I understand the town does not have a transcript of the January 23, 2024 citizens hearing and therefore unable to provide it.

Please forward to my home address the CD containing the discussion from the meeting which I have requested previously.

I believe you have my home address to mail it too. That address has not changed since my time as a Town Committeeman.

Should you need that address, I can provide it to you in a private email.
