Good afternoon. I am still not able to open the .dav files. I apparently do not have the appropriate program on my home or work computer. I have also asked my surveillance department for assistance and they were still unable to open. Please send me a dvd as you indicated in your prior message. Thank you.

Good morning:

We do not have the option to resend the video in a different format.

I am able to view the video by:
1. Downloading the 2 files
2. Opening the file "Player-Eng" (Smart Player) 3. Click OK to associate the file - See attached "Smart Player 1"
4. Click the file + icon - See attached "Smart Player 2"
5. Select the second file "ps-ch..." and click OPEN - See attached "Smart Player 3"
6. The video should play - See attached "Smart Player 4"

If you try this and you are still unable to view the video, please advise and I will send you a DVD by regular mail.
