Anything that changes the flow of traffic (i.e., new traffic lights, road painting, signage, etc.), regardless of it being on a county road, must first be posed to and approved by Lindenwold’s leaders before the county can act or assist in implementing anything new on the road. A local traffic survey is usually done to see if any changes to the road are needed, and if deemed so, the county public works is notified and together the two entities make the needed adjustments.

Lindenwold states that the county is responsible for traffic study records.

I am not saying they are right.

I am saying between the county and the municipality, someone has to have the records.
