The response to this request is incorrect. This is a request for traffic studies. I got the Kay's Electric invoice for Porkfest instead. I already have that. I need the itemized list with amounts that bring total to $10,350. Thank you

Dear Town of Phillipsburg,
You did not meet the deadline for my Opra request. Mrs. Kleiner did her part. I will assume there was no traffic study done for the Webster Street stop sign, which was put in place at a councilman's request. I will forward this info to the appropriate authorities.

Dear Victoria Kleiner,
2 of these still do not include the information needed. The statement for Kay's electric does not show each item with the dollar amount. There is no justification for the large amount of money. I would also like to see the 2 other bids for this job. Also, I STILL do not have the traffic study report for Webster. Only Lewis. I keep getting a recommendation only for Webster Street. I need the traffic study report. I will be taking further action as it seems no traffic study was actually done for Webster Street.

Mrs. Fuoco, The study for Lewis is all that the Town has. The engineers office may have something, I am reaching out to the engineers office, but the engineer is out of the country for a month.
As for the electric, I will check for the quotes
