The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) receives the
above-referenced request for records under the Open Public Records Act
(OPRA). As defined within the New Jersey Administrative Code (NJAC
16:1A-4.5), requests for traffic control records are not handled under the
scope of OPRA. Therefore, this request is closed, and the official Closure
Receipt is attached.

Timing sequence records require a fee of $10.00 per timing sequence.
Please submit your request specifying the location, along with a check or
money order made payable to the New Jersey Department of Transportation
for the appropriate amount. This payment is to be sent to the attention of
