Traffic Signal Timing Sequences & traffic signal Plan
Dear New Jersey Department of Transportation,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Please provide the signal timing plans for the intersection of US 322 (Black Horse Pike) and Gloucester County Route 536 (New Brooklyn Road/Poplar Street) in Gloucester County and repair documents for the intersection on or around July 3, 2019. Thanks in advance.

The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) is in receipt of the
above-referenced request for records under the Open Public Records Act
(OPRA). As defined within the New Jersey Administrative Code (NJAC
16:1A-4.5), requests for traffic control signal records are not handled
under the scope of OPRA, therefore, this request is closed and the
official Closure Receipt is attached.
Traffic control signal records require a fee of $10.00 per timing sequence
for timing sequence records, and $15.00 per signal plan for traffic signal
plans. Please submit your request specifying the location, along with a
check or money order made payable to New Jersey Department of
Transportation for the appropriate amount. This payment is to be sent to
the attention of Jaime Oplinger at the following address:
