Please provide the approved traffic signal timing AND the traffic signal plan from NJ DOT for the intersection of Stelton Road (Middlesex CR 529) and Hamilton Blvd (Middlesex CR 603), in South Plainfield, NJ.
The collision occurred on 4/27/2021 at approximately 10:06 a.m.
