Traffic light survey.

Dear Veronica Laureigh,
I went to DOT first. They said the town engineer is the keeper of that stuff and to go to the local office. They also said that they can't come in without us requesting it and I can't imagine the engineer not keeping a copy when the survey was done If we had to request it in the first place.
