I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Dear B.Rak

The Office of Planning writes

to clarify a few matters with regard to your public records request.
First, does this request pertain to an ongoing litigation dispute? Please
confirm whether or not it does as required pursuant to OPRA.  Next, your
public records request is deficient insofar as it fails to identify the
specific job title or accounts to be searched, or subject matter for the
search as required pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5. Notwithstanding these
objections, attached please find the correspondence file maintained by the
office of planning.

Thank you,

Annette Cacace

Dear Middlesex County OPRA Center,

Hi, thanks for the reply. I think part of my initial message got lost, so I'll restate it here:

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Piscataway is telling us the county is "requiring" a traffic signal at this location. I'm trying to determine why that requirement exists, as the initial application to Piscataway's planning/zoning board had an explicit mention that no such signal was going to be required. I'm afraid I can't really pin down an exact person/communication to reference, the only information I have is the mayor saying the county is requiring the light to be there.

Yours sincerely,

B Rak
