This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
With regard to the intersection of Baltic and Michigan Avenues in Atlantic City, please provide:
1. Any and all electronic traffic control signal sequencing documents (including for traffic lights/signals, pedestrian signals and all other electronic traffic control signals) in effect as of January 28, 2023
2. Any and all electronic traffic control signal sequencing documents (including for traffic lights/signals, pedestrian signals and all other electronic traffic control signals) in effect at the present time
3. Any and all records of inspection, maintenance, installation and/or repair to any/all electronic traffic control signals (including for traffic lights/signals, pedestrian signals and all other electronic traffic control signals) at any time from January 1, 2022 through and including the present date
4. Any and all records of any complaints or notices received regarding malfunction, breakage or conflict in or of any/all electronic traffic control signals (including for traffic lights/signals, pedestrian signals and all other electronic traffic control signals) at any time from January 1, 2022 through and including the present date
