Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Traffic accident data for the period of calendar years 2000-2024, including:

Date and time of each accident.
Specific locations (street names, intersections, or GPS coordinates).
Type of accident (e.g., vehicle collision, pedestrian-involved, property damage).
Severity of accidents (e.g., injuries, fatalities, property damage).
Contributing factors (e.g., DUI, speeding, distracted driving).
Weather and road conditions at the time of accidents.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

To further clarify and salsify my requirements, I am requesting documents related to the 2022 RFP titled:

"Consulting Architectural Engineering Services for Structural Evaluation of the Existing Lighthouse Located at 34th Street South and Atlantic Brigantine Boulevard, Brigantine, NJ."

As referenced in the January 18, 2023, Council meeting minutes:

"AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING EVALUATION SERVICES FOR THE EXISTING LIGHTHOUSE LOCATED AT THE 34TH STREET CIRCLE."

The RFP outlines a proposed final report due by March 10, 2023. Providing that report would fully satisfy my request.
