Since the implementation A.G. Platkin’s Memorandum on the use of Marijuana off duty by Police Officers issued in April of 2022, please provide the following documentation from April 2022 to the present:

Any new policies, guidance, memorandums, documents, signage, directives, orders, emails, or any command issued by any individual within the Department’s governing body, (such as a Township Council, or County Board of Commissioners, but also including their Human Resource department) regarding the use of Marijuana off duty by sworn-Police Officers (Traditional Police Officers, Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3) within the above-listed timeframe.

The number of Police Department applicants disqualified from employment for Marijuana use within the above-listed timeframe.

Does the Township still test for Marijuana in Police applicants?
