This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. A list of Garage Sale Permits issued by Brick Township for the dates January 1, 2018-December 31, 2019, including the address and date of each sale.
2. A complete list of each vendor's vendor history report (aka Purchase Order Inquiry by Vendor, which includes the following columns of information: Purchase Order #, Order Date, Description, Purchase Order Total, Void Total and Status) detailing all payments made by Brick Township to each vendor from January 1, 2018-December 31, 2019.

*Please Note, for future reference: All Garage Sales logs prior to January 1, 2018 have been destroyed as per NJ Department of the Treasury, Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services, Records Management Services, Retention Schedule: MUNICIPAL CLERK M200000-009 - 0003-0006 - License File - General. Destruction - 3 Years.
