The Township of Livingston Clerk's Department is in receipt of your OPRA request. Pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-5(i), you shall receive a response in no more than seven (7) business days, with day one starting the day after the request has been received. (Holidays and Townhall closings do not count as business days).

This comes in response to your OPRA and Common Law Request for:

"I previously requested:

'1. 2024 Salaries for the following Township Employees

- Police Chief Gary Marshuetz

- Police Captain Joseph D'Andrea

- Police Captain Russell Mueller

- Township Manager Barry Lewis

- Assistant Township Manager Adam Loehner

2. 2023 Salaries for the following retired Township Employees:

- Police Captain John Drumm

- Police Captain Thomas Smith

- Police Sergeant Michael Herbert'

The response from the Township was only partial. To clarify, I am seeking
the TOTAL OVERALL SALARIES of all above listed employees. I am not merely
seeking the base, I am seeking the base salaries with the following
additions:

1. Any added on merit pay

2. Any added on longevity

3. Any added on pensionable roll ins

3. Any added on education bonuses

4. Any added on extra incentives or bonuses

The overall response should list the base pay with any additions itemized
on top of the base, with an overall salary added in total."

The response to your previous request was not “partial”, as the salaries
that were provided included the additions you provided above, if
applicable.  Additionally, the total salary for Police Sergeant Michael
Herbert was mistyped, and should have been $160,069.92 and not $152,410.50
as previously stated.

employees, with the overall salaries in red:
