Township Lawsuits
Dear Irvington Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A complete list of all lawsuits filed against the Township of Irvington, all Township Departments, all Township Employees (including contractors and agents) from January 01, 2018 through March 31, 2022.
Please include Plaintiffs names, all Defendants names, Attorneys for Plaintiff including JIF, include workers compensation lawsuits.
Please include all notices of tort claim.
Please include a copy of all settlement agreements from January 01, 2018 through March 31, 2022.
