Township inspection of Sky Manor Airpark re: developer's outstanding responsibilities.

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

This is to request the results of Alexandria Township's engineering inspection of Sky Manor Airpark improvements concerning the current developer's responsibilities prior to release of the performance bond and transfer to Sky Manor Airpark Community Association (HOA) after the maintenance period. Please forward the engineering report when available.

Good Afternoon Mr. Catchings,
At this time I do not have an Engineer's inspection report pertaining to Sky Manor Airpark to provide you. Under OPRA I need to provide you the requested materials with seven business days from the receipt of the OPRA. I can not keep a OPRA open while I await a document I do not know when I will receive it. If you would like to check in with my office in a week or two to see if I received the information you are requesting, that would be great. If at that time I do have the information, I can then advise you to file an OPRA to obtain a copy of it.
