My below mentioned records is in reference to Chapter 3 Article VIII Section 3-27 B. (4) of the Code Book of Township Ordinances "Annual report to the Council. The Township Attorney shall, on or before January 15 of each year, or at such other time as the Council may request, make report to the Council of all matters or legal proceedings in which the Township has been interested, whether instituted, begun, pending or determined during the 12 months next preceding the time of making such report."

Records requested: The above mentioned Annual reports to the council for submitted by the Township Attorney for the calendar years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2020 and 2021.

In case not all reports are readily available, please feel free to reply with the most recent reports that are and follow up with the others as you obtain them.
