Township agreement with MLAA

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Please could you provide me with the Financial records the township has received from the MLAA , the 500.00 Deposit for the terms of use for example, also any donations the township has given/ received from the MLAA.

In response to your OPRA request of 5/6/2024 (below) please accept the following request for clarification.
Request 1 - Financial Records the township has received from the MLAA - I have answered in previous emails that we do not have any financial records of the MLAA. However, if there is a specific financial record your are requesting, please identify the specific document along with the date or date range of the document
Request 2 - the $500.00 Deposit for the terms of use for example- please identify the specific document you are requesting along with a date range and I will search our files
Request 3 - any donations the township has given/received from the MLAA. I am not aware of any donations, however, please identify the specific government document you are requesting along with the date or date range of the document and I will search my files.
Please respond to this request for clarification by May 20, 2024. If I do not hear back by then I will close this OPRA request.

I am asking for any tournaments or any fund raising fees that MLAA has paid to the township.

I am asking about the permit fees. That the township has received.
Request 3 - any donations the township has given/received from the MLAA. I am not aware of any donations, however, please identify the specific government document you are requesting along with the date or date range of the document and I will search my files.
The donation I am asking about is the ABS decks for the Hockey courts. And any other donations that get sweep under the rug that township tax payers are not privy to see.

In response to your OPRA clarification received on 8/26/24:
“I am requesting a financial record, that shows permit fees and deposits

There are no records responsive to your request. The Township does not
receive anything for hockey tournaments.

You are failing to disclose The financial records of the permit fees collected by the township. for example If there is a hockey tournament the organization that is hosting that tournament must apply for a permit and submit a $500 deposit and what other fees for the permit. I am requesting Of the financial records that the township collected from the MLAA other organizations and tournaments, which is separate from the MLAA. As the user agreement between the MLAA and the township money is exchanged. The dates I am requesting are 8/28/21-8/28/24. The township collects money for the permit. I am trying to see the financial records to see where that money comes from for transparency purposes. Thank you.
