Dear Delran Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

-Please release all of the Township Administrator's emails between him and Chuck McSweeney (Delran EMS)
-Please release all of the Township Administrator's emails between him and Josephine Hubbs (Delran EMS)
-Please release all of the Township Administrator's emails between him and Riverside Township Administrator (Meghan Jack)
-Please release all emails containing the words Delran EMS or Delran Emergency Squad
-All email date ranges for the above are Jan 1st, 2019 - Present

In response to item #4, this request is too broad in nature as it does not identify and sender and recipient. Please provide additional with regards to item #4 I will have Mr. Hatcher begin working on the first three items in your request. I respectfully ask for a one week extension, which would be until Friday, October 25th. Once all emails are provided, I will need to send them to the Township Attorney for his review which is the reason for the extension request.

Dear Jamey Eggers,
Please remove the redaction for non patient information that violates HIPAA. Incident information is not a HIPAA violation and is available via Public Records Request from Burlington County Central Communication. The only information that should be redacted is a Patients Name, Social Security Number, Address, Date of Birth. Incident details should be released to the public. Pages 76, 80, 95-97.

Burlington county communications releases the nature of the incident. Please release the incident number from bulington county communications for these incidents so they can be fulfilled by the communications center since you are refusing to release any non HIPAA violation details.

The only incident # that we have is the police incident number which is 2019-2115.
