The Township Administrator has done a search of his e-mails and located no records pertaining to your request for e-mails between the Township Administrator and an @delranems.org email address. With regards to your second request Mr. Hatcher is still working on gathering e-mail correspondence with the Township Administrator and any other person containing the words Delran Emergency Squad or Delran EMS. Without a recipient this request is going to take additional time to complete especially with the short holiday week. Also, once all e-mails have been gathered, they will need to be reviewed by the Township Attorney prior to release. I am respectfully asking for an extension until Friday, November 30th.
I am respectfully asking for another extension of time until Friday, December 7th to comply with the request. I am working as diligently as possible to comply; however, several factors have contributed to the reason for the extension request. Those factors include the following:
1. Township Administrator, Mr. Hatcher is currently on vacation until December 10th.
2. The period of time requested covers a timeframe of over nine years. Since is a significant period of time and I want to sure we do our due diligence in gathering all records.
3. A significant portion of the e-mails will need to be forwarded to the Township Attorney for review which will require additional time.
If any portion of the request is ready, I will send that portion when available. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
