Please provide a detailed list of amounts paid or incurred for environmental remediation at the Town Garage site or adjoining properties from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.

Please indicate in the listing provided any amounts that have not been reimbursed by the seller of the Town Garage property and the reason any amounts have not been reimbursed.
