Dear Westwood Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting a record of all towing requests and bills for service provided and performed by Bergen Brookside Towing(a Westwood registered municipality towing provider) on 10/06/2023 between 5-10PM that day. I would like
1)Date of service.
(2) Name of person whose vehicle was towed.
(3) An itemized listing of all fees charged.
(4) Disposition of payment and who was the payee.

Good Afternoon,

This is the response to your request.

1)      The date of service is on the CAD report – attached.

2)      The name of the person whose vehicle was towed is on the TR1
report – attached.

3)      We do not have or receive the bills for the vehicles towed. They
go directly to the vehicle owner.

4)      We also do not receive the monies and do not have these records.

Please let me know if you need anything further.
