Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1 et seq., I am requesting access to records related to the number
of households with septic systems in [Municipality Name].

Specifically, I am requesting:

1. The total numb er of residential properties that rely on septic
systems and not connected to public sewage within the municipality.
Septic is also known as Individual Sewage Disposal System (ISDS)

I request these records in digital format (CSV, Excel, or PDF) if
available. If the information is maintained in a database, I request an
export of relevant fields.

If any portion of this request is denied or redacted, please provide a
written explanation citing the specific legal reasons for the denial. If
the records are available online, I appreciate guidance on how to access
them.
