Dear Ms. Rossi,

In response to your OPRA request below, Dr. Glazer receives a salary in
accordance with the Superintendent Salary Cap of $191,584 plus an
additional $5,000 for a high school. 

With respect to merit bonuses, the Accountability Regulations allow for
merit bonuses for superintendents and must be included in her contract,
Dr. Glazer has not requested, nor has the Board of Education approved any
additional bonus or compensation to her contracted salary.  Again for the
2019-2020 school year, no merit bonus was requested, budgeted or
approved. 

Dr. Glazer receives Health Benefits and Disability Insurance and pays
Employee Contributions to the premiums as per the law.
